Return and Refund Policy

Returns

All MagaTap sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order information before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in limited circumstances, including:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong item.
• Your order is confirmed lost in transit.
• Another issue occurs that MagaTap determines qualifies for a refund.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us at magatap12@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where applicable.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed individually.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect address entered by the customer, or failure to collect/receive a delivered package.
